Installing a New Version

Because of the requirements of Windows 8 we have had to significantly change the installation process for the MPMW but it is still easy and quick.

You will download the new version from the DM Systems web site.  To obtain download instructions please e-mail us at support@dm-systems.com and tell us you need the latest version.  

If you are installing on a Mac running Citrix you must install on a machine that has Admin privileges.

To install the new version first make sure that you are not running the MPMW.  If you are, close it.  Then:

1. Either run the file or save it and use Start/Run or double-click the file to execute it and it will install the new version for you as follows:

2. You will be asked if you want to allow changes to be made to your computer.  Click "Yes".

3. You will see a dialog box saying "Welcome to the MPMW Installation".  Click "Next" and follow directions

4. If this is the first time you are installing the new MPMW you will also install some Microsoft software libraries - follow directions.

After the installation finishes you can check that it installed correctly by opening the MPMW then clicking Help/About. Check that the version number is the new one.
